What will help is if you get out a apron (not 1 for cooking) and put treats in a pocket or cup with. That way they know when you get this apron on its time to be serious and listen. Now for sit you clearly say 1 time sit and they will not know what you said so you should push down they’re butt. Then say good boy or girl and give them a lot of lovings and 1 treat and keep doing that until you don’t have to push down they’re butt. Then every night try your best to do that and you should always make the dog sit before putting on it’s leash for a walk or take it outside or for a treat. That’s sit!
